As of the close of business on Friday October 21, 2005, we estimate that
Denali Partners, LP and Denali Offshore Partners, Ltd. are down -2.50% MTD.
Please note that this estimate does not account for any reserve for the
month of October that Denali may have to take due to last week's bankruptcy
filing by Refco Capital Markets (RCM). Our current estimate of the assets
being held at RCM is approximately 2.0% -2.5% of our total fund assets. We
will inform you of the exact reserve amount as soon as we get word from our
attorneys and accountant.
