Dear All:

Here's the information on the Tonys and Tony tickets:

The Awards ceremony is on Sunday evening, June 8th at Radio City Music =
Hall.  The tickets cost $700, $500, $350 or $125 each and are limited to =
1 pair (2 tickets) per person.=20

The show will be having its own post-Tony party at the Palm Restaurant =
(on 50th Street, off 8th Avenue) -- we do not yet know if any of the =
other producers will be attending the official Tony Ball that is held =
after the ceremony (usually in a nearby hotel ballroom), but the Ergo =
partners will not be attending the Ball.=20

BY NO LATER THAN 8PM TODAY, MAY 14TH, please let us know the following =
information:

1) If you would like 1 or 2 tickets and at what price level.  It is our =
understanding that seats at $700 ($1,400 for 2), $500 ($1,000 for 2) and =
$350 ($700 for 2) are all located on the orchestra level, in =
approximatley the front half to 2/3 of the orchestra (though keep in =
mind that the orchestra seats over 3,000 people so it is quite large and =
very wide).  There may be a few $350 seats that are located in the front =
rows of the 1st mezzanine.  The $125 seats are either in the back 1/2 or =
1/3 of the orchestra or at the rear of the first mezzanine. =20

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER EXACT SEAT LOCATIONS -- SEAT =
ASSIGNMENTS ARE ENTIRELY AT THE DISCRETION OF THE TONY AWARDS =
COORDINATORS.

If you would like to purchase tickets, please forward a check made =

3) Whether or not you will buy tickets for the ceremony or the Ball, =
please let us know if you will attend the post-Tony party being held at =
the Palm.=20

AGAIN, in order to ensure timely submission of our Tony ticket order, it =
is essential that you provide us with the above information by no later =
than the end of the day TOMORROW, Wednesday, May 14th.  We apologize for =
the short notice but the sooner we are able to place our ticket order, =
the more certain we can be that it will be able to be filled as =
requested (seats at the higher prices go very quickly, and seats at the =
lower prices are typically filled on a first come, first served basis).
