So I got hooked up with a real cool gig at a sacred house of wholesome deliciousness called Phoebe's Cafe in Williamsburg (323 Graham Ave at Devoe St- map). I will be hitting the stage (or corner of the dining area musicians are allotted) around 6 pm to perplex and dismay the post-brunch crowd with my Swedish-chef-at-Benihana musical antics. Feel free to post/forward the flyer below, or just print out a few thousand copies and litter the lonely streets of NYC. This will most likely be your last chance to catch the tron until April which is looking like: April 9- Spike Hill (Williamsburg) April 13- Beat Research at the Enormous Room in Cambridge, MA Looking for some other dates for April in CT and RI if anyone can suggest any good venues or artists to contact. Also don't forget to check out ye olde Warper Partynext Weds (3/4). The OC (Original Controllerist) Moldover is back in town briefly with all kinds of new sounds and devices sure to melt some faces. Not only that but future-guitarist extraordinaire and fellow Washington Heights denizen, Prehab will be doing his thang on laptop and electro-haunted Strat. I am not performing but will be there lending a hand as well as harassing the goers with flyers. Also for my boob-tubers, check out my latest blog post wherein I muse on the randomness of getting one's music on TV. As much brain-mush as I consume on a weekly basis, I have never come across no exaltron myself, but let me know if you think you hear some trontastic sounds.
