I posted some updates to the web site earlier in the week including results from the Larchmont NOODs, and another "Boat for Sale" listing - Windswept is now listed.
 
I also wanted to warn everyone who posts ads on the site that Internet buying scams are rampant.  I was contacted yesterday in regards to some items I have for sale by a buyer attempting to use the scam of sending a fraudulent money order for $2000 in payment for a $100 item, and asking me to return the remainder to the shipper he assigns.  This is a classic scheme, but please be aware that they have apparantly found our little site and are emailing our sellers.  In my case, the sender used the name "Dean Taylor" but that may change.  The phone number supplied is managed by a telco that provides "international dial back service", so the WA area code (206) could be relayed anywhere in the world.  So just be aware, and practice "safe eCommerce".
