Tell Hap we need 2 starts if there is any wind at all, so that we can 
call this a championship!  We typically see W/L 2x around, 1-1.5 mi 
legs.  Can they deliver?  <grin>  Clearly we will take what they can 
deliver, but wouldn't it be great to get 5 shorter races in?  Gives 
everyone a better shot.
