Brilliant is very interested but only for a one design event of 3 or 4 days. We need to plan 2 days to get there and a full day back, leaving right after racing, so I would not want to make that trip for 2 days of PHRF. Our last PHRF event up there included a round-the-island race on the last day. It was a fun race despite the squalls blowing through. That was actually our best race of the series. Our PHRF division has usually been with the Evelyn 32's (including Bluto) and Frers 36 (Freightrain).

My wife and I did it on a friends J-80 this year and it is a wonderful course. We're fine with a two or three day event. It would be great if we can attract some of the Massachusetts and Rhode Island boats that have not bee to Branford.
