D'Ad Lib has a winter cover from Fairclough, now 4 seasons old, did a fine
job through a Quebec winter last year.

Pachyderm has a cover that was purchased by the previous owner from Miller
Marine Canvas.

Fairclough Sailmakers in New haven also has a good reputation for covers.

Perhaps they Miller still has a pattern. I suspect that it it is best to
find a local canvas company to measure and do the job. Our cover consists of
a canvas fitted tarp and a bent-metal frame in about 30 pieces. It covers
the boat to the waterline and has a zippered access door. The pieces of the
frame are heavy and large, as is the tarp. It would cost a lot to ship. The
only prep we do for covering is to wash the boat winterize the engine, head
and water system. (I have our yard do the winterizing for me). After a
winter storm, I sometimes clear the cover of heavy snow and ice. Our yard
does not permit any heaters etc, but we have had no problem with moisture.
