Hi everyone, I'm new to the list and have a strange request that is time
sensitive.  Does anyone have a phrf cert with sail measurements on them?  I
signed up for a race and they want a phrf cert and I'm not certain I can
obtain one in time/get my sails to a sailmaker, oh, today, to get them
measured/ etc.  Any help?
