[frers-list]rudder to wheel setup ?

I'm putting #54 back together and have a couple of questions regarding 
the rudder to wheel rigging:

1-what bolts should be used to connect the quadrant to the rudder stock, 
please include bolt #s, material, fasteners, lengths, diameters, metric 
or SAE, etc...

2-how should the rudder be installed through the hull, what bolts, etc...

3-what emergency tiller will work and source for same
