This is what we use and it's great. Actually, I had the older style of
blocks until this year and now I'm going with the carbo version. I still
have my old set up if you want to buy a used system.
This is pretty standard stuff for a lot of end boom sheeting boats our
size. As for tackle getting knocked around, well, the fine tune is very,
very small and I've never had it get in the way. I usually have more of an
issue with the lines smoking through the gel coat on the bulkhead, but
that's another topic!
