I recently had a brief conversation with someone passing through the Fort Walton YC that had a Frers 33 that did the Chicago-Mac. Do not remember his name or his boat's. You might check registration list for last year's race, if there is one. There are several 33's in the Chicago area and the PHRF list for the district is another option.

I don't know who to ask this off-the-wall question... I'd like to find a Frers 33 owner whose boat is registered with ORR and can look on the certificate and tell me the minimum stability index recorded for the Frers 33. I am trying to determine if the Frers 33 is eligible to participate in the Chicago/Mac race, which now requires a minimum stability index of at least 103. If you have a lead for me, I'd really appreciate it before I continue to consider buying a Frers 33.
