Gentlemen,
Due to a freak mini tornado which hit my winter storage yard on the south side of Chicago about three weeks ago, I find that my entire sea hood, including instruments is missing. Somehow the wind got underneath it and ripped it of. the boatyard also lost about 20% of its roof on a newly constructed two story indoor storage shed. So I am now faced with the prospect of finding or fabricating a replacement. If any of you have any suggestions as to how to proceed, I'd appreciate hearing from you. Would anyone be interested in providing measurements? Would it be worth trying to contact Barry Carroll to see if he might have specifications? Has anyone had an experience like this and do you have the name of a boatyard that fabricated one. Does anyone know of any 33's that are being salvaged? Any information and /or sympathy would be appreciated.
