Nice to hear from you!

It's on the hard in Montreal, & I had the cradle put up on blocks at haulout=
 to be sure I could get the rudder out.

Workin in Texas until end of March, but would have to wait for the weather t=
o break up there before dropping it anyway.

Just tryin to get a head start on parts & understanding the process beforeha=
nd.

The pedestal has Edson on it. When I looked at the gears and bearings last y=
ear, there was no visible wear.
