Martin the lead keel is encapsulated in f/g, there may be a bubble or delay,=
 I have seen it on a few of the 33's, you can live with it or cut out the bu=
bble, clean and a braid the lead put in a epoxy barrier coat on the lead the=
n f/g and fair the the repair using West System resin, then re-barrier coat.=
