John, do you know when the last time the exhaust elbow was changed, they do t=
end to plug up from the inside due to rust. Check the impeller first to make=
 sure that it is good. If that elbow is over 20 yrs old that may be your pro=
blem, you won=E2=80=99t know until the elbow is removed and inspected. Bob
