Mike, that front half of the quadrant May be hung up on the keyway, we have h=
ad good luck with =E2=80=9CBreak Free=E2=80=9D and =E2=80=9C Kroil Oil=E2=80=
=9D, let it set for a couple of days it that does not loosen it up it may ta=
ke heat, just keep a fire extinguisher near by. Hope this helps.=20
