Brian, sorry to hear that. Someone went through a lot of trouble to get them=
 off, they probably would have had scuba gear to get that done. The Gori wil=
l fit the taper. I have a Gori 16=E2=80=9Dx11.5=E2=80=9D, it has much better=
 bite in reverse almost as good as a Max prop. It still will pull 3600 rpm. I=
t would be best to install the new prop out of the water so you can dry fit t=
he new hub without the key, mark the shaft, then install the hub and it shou=
ld go back to the same spot, if not it may be riding on the key, this will c=
ause a vibration. Hope this helps. Bob

ay down into the metal from prying open the cotter pins...  Police report wa=
s filed but I don't expect anything to come of it
