[MaxLite] RW Server failure

Dear All:

 

As you may notice, RW & CRM server's down and I believe it has something to
do with HW failure. I am restoring RW & CRM onto out SKEXCHANGE server to
minimize the damage from this disaster. You can get back to RW &CRM when the
restoration process is done but for the users outside company who's using
Terminal Services, the normal service is possible after fixing the entire
server, including H/W and S/W.
