When you need leave early or come late due to special or unexpected
situations, please send me (NJ) and Brian (CA) a brief email on that (
rather than asking your managers or co workers to relay such information:
they may forget) whenever we are not available for your verbal notice: you
may leave a message in our telephone message boxes too.
