As we draw closer to the 08/18/08 black-out date for the 401k program it
will be necessary for everyone who is already participating in the 401K
program the plan to fill-out a new enrollment form. In addition, if any
associate who is eligible and wishes to enroll in the plan may do so at this
time by completing an enrollment form as well. (If you are not sure of your
eligibility please contact me) 

 

Next Wednesday 08/06/08 at 3:30 P.M. Eastern Time (2:30CT & 12:30 PT)   a
representative from Brinker Capital will be in NJ office to conduct a
meeting to review the different allocation selections of your 401k
contributions and answer questions you may have. Attached is a summary off
the funds along with an enrollment form for everyone to review prior to the
meeting. Please come prepared with any question you may have. 

For remote location individuals please call in to the NJ operator to be
placed on a conference call. For all California associates please call from
the Rancho location together due to the limited conference lines we have. 

 

Once the meeting is completed all enrollment forms be completed and returned
back to me here in the NJ office by 08/12/08.

 

Should any one have any questions or concerns or are not sure of their
eligibility please give me call at ext 107.

Dear All,

 

The top management has decided to change 401K TRUSTEE from ADP ( invenstment
bank- Merril Lynch)  to Fedelity Invenstment ( invesntment bank- Brinker
Capital) as of September 1, 2008. Brinker Capital is recommended by Mel, our
commercial insurance broker with his 20 year something expereinces in this
industry.  I hope you will enjoy better service and advice from Briker and
Mel.  Fedelity Investment will be our 401K asset guardian.

 

To 401K participants: please read the attached Blackout Notice very
carefully and feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

 

To Others- the top management encourages you to participate in 401K for your
long term employment relationship with Maxlite.
