[MaxLite] Organizational announcements

We are pleased to announce the promotion of Clara Lee to the position of
Inside Sales Associate - C & I West effective 9/1/08.

In her new role Clara will be reporting directly to Dennis Hoth and will be
responsible for all pricing, sales growth and activities relating to all our
west coast agents and customers. 

 

We also like to announce that Jay Lee has assumed all responsibilities for
the day to day activities of our west coast warehouse and shipping
department replacing Jesus Becerra who is no longer with MaxLite.  All
shipping, pick tickets and inventory inquiries should now be directed to Jay
Lee with copies to Brian Park moving forward.

 

In addition, effective 9/1/08 we are consolidating our C&I and utility
customer service Order Entry & RGA processes to our corporate office here in
Fairfield, New Jersey. As market and customer requirements become more
demanding this consolidation will allow us to maximize our resources and our
ability to be flexible to these demands.  During the next two weeks Clara
and our NJ CSR team will be working and training to ensure a smooth
transition to minimize any service interruptions to our customers.  Jay
Rodriguez will continue in his role at our Rancho Cucamonga facility as
sales and operations support including telephone coverage for the west coast
customers reporting to Dennis Hoth and Brian Park.
