[MaxLite] News on Benefits Enhancement

Dear MaxLite Staff,
 
As a way to improve our benefits package the Management has decided to take
the following enhancements on our benefits package to be applied to all U.S.
based, qualified full time employees of MaxLite effective April 1, 2008:
 
1.         Co-pay amount of employee health benefits by employees will be
reduced to the following level:
            Employee only  (from 30% to 20% of premium)
            Employee and spouse or employee with children (from 40% to 30%)
            Employee and spouse and children (from 50% to 40%)
 
2.         MaxLite will start to match $0.50 for every $1 a participating
employee contributes to his/her 401K plan up to 3% of employee’s annual
salary.  So let’s say your salary is $30,000 and you decide to put 3% of
your salary to 401K, which is $900 for the year.  Then the Company will add
$450 to your 401K plan.  We will invite the 401K administrator before April
effective date so that you can be fully educated on the benefits of this
exciting new matching program.
 
3.         MaxLite is introducing a $500 employee referral fee program to be
paid to any employee who successfully introduces new hire to the Company.
This referral program will be effective for new hires from Jan. 16th.  This
program is designed to encourage our employees to recommend qualified
candidates to apply for any position available at MaxLite at any given time.
However, it will not be applicable to any job rotation among the employees.
 
We are excited to announce the benefit enhancement plans at MaxLite.  I hope
this enhancement of benefits will help make MaxLite a better place to work
