Dear MaxLite Staff,

Thank you for participating in the re-packing job of H-L CFL's over the last
several days. Thanks to your efforts we were able to complete the
re-packing job for 2 container loads of products with over 90,000 pcs. in
just 6 days. Now we are able to ship these to NJ Clean Energy program
retailers in the next few days so that we can book much needed sales for
this month.

I am very pleased to see how dedicated and productive you are not only in
the office environment but also at the warehouse. Everyone pitched in when
needed even when the temperature was hovering over 100 degrees. This is a
true comradeship. I see Eugene and Todd's productivity has increased every
day jumping from 12 pallets per hour to 18 pallets per hour! I hope you
enjoyed as much as I have the first hand experience of sweating together
with your colleagues to achieve our common goal.

Before the start of the re-packing job I have offered a little incentive for
the winners to encourage a little competition. Jong Lee has done a great
job in being a strict but an impartial judge who would not accept any
bribery from anyone including me. Nadia was very instrumental in organizing
the teams and put them into production schedule in an orderly manner. To me
all of you in NJ who participated are winners and you are all invited to a
sumptuous lunch this Friday at 12 noon at the large conference room. You
need to see Nadia for picking up your lunch order tomorrow. Among all the
teams who worked hard there are several teams truly excelled. Here are the
winning teams:

1st Prize 182 pallets Carmen & Ted

2nd Prize 159 pallets Lucia & Blake & Anthony alternating
teams

3rd Prize 152 pallets Jennifer & Joon

Honorable Mention 150 pallets Nadia & Zenny (with Karen, Bill
and Greg each day filling in)

Honorable Mention 149 pallets Wanda & Anthony (with the last
day help from Lucia)

Most Improved Team Undisclosed pallet counts Eugene & Todd

During Friday's lunch we will have an award for the winners.
Congratulations to you all and thank you again for your sweat and hard work.

Yon
