FW: [MaxLite] Laser color Print out-MPC4500

Dear All,

 

Please save over usage for color copier. 

I have been asking a favor to save our color usage since we set up new copy
machine in NJ office.

Whenever I check the copy machine (MPC4500) for our usage, the color usage
keeps going up.

People are printing out color document such as e-mail, catalogs, forms,
orders etc.

Please ask yourself if you have to spend 10 cents for your each printing
before you print color or copy color, 

Obviously, nobody wants to waste money for nothing.
