-     Review the course description and learning objectives 
-     Long and short speaker bio (300-word for LFI Website and 150-word for
on-site introduction)
-     Additional audio/visual needs (LCD projector, screen and pointer will
automatically be provided)
-     W-9 taxation form for US citizens or 8233 form for international
presenters
-     Use of the official LFI PowerPoint template, required for use on all
PowerPoint presentations
-     Reminder to attendees to complete evaluation of your course
-     Pre-requisites list for advanced courses
-     Course must conclude with a 15-minute Question & Answer session
-     All panels must have a moderator responsible for meeting all deadlines
-     Handouts/Presentations are required and must be provided to LFI by
4/21/2008. NO EXTENSIONS AND NO EXCEPTIONS PLEASE!
 
The LIGHTFAIR Daylighting Institute and the LIGHTFAIR Institute (2-day
courses, 1-day courses and 3-hour Workshops) will be held Sunday and Monday,
MAY 3 - 4, 2009. The Trade Show & Conference featuring 90-minute Seminars
and 3-hour Master courses take place Tuesday to Thursday, MAY 5 - MAY 7,
2009. 

Please remember to inform your co-presenters if you included them in your
course submittal.
