Dear All,

The subject line is misleading. These are new model numbers for dimming
fixtures. Keith, Dick and many others have asked for this.

These numbers/models are chosen based on a few fixture models that we have
over stock on now. These are E* approved (officially will be in the next few
days).

These will be packed and shipped on a order by order basis. I will work with
Zenny and his WH crew on repack instructions. These are the very first GU24
dimming E* fixtures in the industry!

Attached is a table of all of the fixtures and what dimmable lamps fit in
them. I am about to start on the Energy Star certification. I promise that I
will be done with it before the week is over. If the turnover time at ICF is
still quick, we could have ES certification by next week.

1.  Do not all of your sales people work 24/7?

2.  It was Paul Lentine that I talked with concerning our ability to deliver
a dimming fixture into their program (Commercial $40.00 rebate).  Dave
Shiller reminded me that we are not HPF nor low THD, but Bill and I talked
about finding a project in PSNH territory to use to apply for the rebate.
GregM has emailed that he is working on a project to come up with a fixture.
I would like to use something like the square cloud, but need testing to
ensure that it will work with dimming GU24 lamps inside.  Greg recommended
that we use one 26 rather than 2-15s for heat.  

3.  Can Greg advise when he will have something I can show?

Dick,

It is indeed horrendous but the show must go on.  I am meeting up with Brad
in 30 minutes to have breakfast and I will ask him.   We will try to play
until we can't go on any further.  It will be treacherous to go down from
Maine to NJ tonight as there is a hurricane passing right through tonight.
What are you doing at 3:40 am?

I was also with jack Schelling and Paul Lentine from PSNH last night at
dinner and Jack was telling me that he must use $400,000 quickly and he
mentioned One Change of Canada offered him something.  I believe we should
offer Techniart's service and Help Light type immediately.  I will briefly
mention this to Jack today and you guys can follow up with him.  Paul also
mentioned about LED so we may need to do a presentation to both Paul and
Jack with our new LED flat panel, LED MR16 & PAR's and Faux Can shortly so
that they might think of putting some incentives on these products if
feasible.

I gave Keith the Pendant from the Brigantine. If you are looking for another
item, 

they will be in the warehouse in NJ by next week . They should already be in

the warehouse in CA. I just told Keith that this one has been shipped and is
loose so 

if you can tighten it when your receive it, that would be great!
