Dear All,

 

Please note that, as of today, all calls to our California office
(909-944-3980/800-793-1212) are automatically forwarded to NJ office. To
make a call to one of our CA crews, please use their direct phone numbers
which are,

 

909-944-5522: Guest Office                         (ext. 311)

909-944-3933: Jay Lee                                    (ext. 305)


909-944-3966: Jay Rodriguez                       (ext. 304)

909-944-3977: Michael Preciado                (ext. 307)

 

Additionally, to transfer a call to CA office from NJ office, refer
following instruction.

 

Make a call to CA office using direct line: 

- Press 8 + access# (1004: Jay L., 1005: Jay R., 1006: Michael, 1007: Guest
Office)

   

Transfer a call to CA office using direct line:


- Press "Transfer" + 8 + access # + "Feature" + "Transfer" (now you can hang
up)
