To all associates;

With the recent drop in gas prices a review of the mileage allowance was
done and we have re-establish the mileage rates accordingly. 

Therefore, effective immediately  the company mileage reimbursement
allowance will now be  $0.405 per mile. Today's fuel price varies nationally
between $1.66 -  $2.16 / per gallon and this new level  is consist with
prices and allowances when gasoline was at $2.50 per gallon, We will
continue to monitor the prices of fuel throughout the year and will make
adjustments to the mileage reimbursement based on sustained levels as we had
done previously.

In addition to sales personal, any mileage expenses for sales calls in
excess of $300 must be pre-approved by Yon. It is strongly recommended in
lieu of your personal vehicle that a rental car be used on any prolonged
road trips.
