[MaxLite] Call transfer NJ <--> CA

Hi everyone,

 

We can transfer calls from NJ to CA office. Reverse way is not working
currently: We are working to make it bi directional. 

 

I've just requested our telephone company to direct CA office #800 number
(1-800-793-1212) to NJ office. They process the request in a day or so.

 

Here is a way to make/transfer a call to CA office:

 

How to make a call to CA office using direct line: 

- Press 8 + ext# (ext# 1004: Clara, 1005: Jay L., 1006: Jay R., 1007:
Michael)

   

How to transfer a call to CA office using direct line:


- Press "Transfer" + 8 + ext# + "Feature" + "Transfer" (now you can hang up)

 

The ext# numbers used here is only for transferring purposes. Their original
ext# numbers remain as it is.
