[MaxLite] Insurance benefit renewal 2009

To all,

We have completed our review of the health benefits and MaxLite has received
an increase of total cost in excess of 16% for the current benefit year.
Todd and I have reviewed several options being offered to provide the same
coverage as we currently  have however,  we found that there would be no
significant saving and even  a bigger increase of out of pocket expense(
additional $2,000-$3,000) would occur for similar or less coverage provided.

Therefore, starting with your next pay check  and continuing for next
benefit year of coverage, the employee portion of the premium amounts for
Health Care Benefits will revert back the same contribution levels as
benefit year 2007;

Coverage        Employee Contribution

Single                  30% 

Employee + 1       40%

Family                  50%

Anyone wishing specific  amounts can contact myself or Todd for your
specific circumstance.

If you would like any changes or adjust  to your coverage please  contact me
to facilitate those changes. 

As we move through this next fiscal year we will continue to review and
monitor  our options and the economy in search of a more viable service  for
our next benefit year coverage.
