[MaxLite] Liquid Cooled LED Product

Dear All,

 

At the present time the product department has decided not to move forward
with the Liquid LED product line as part of the general MaxLite product
offering. This is due to several specifications and claims by the inventor
that had been exaggerated. This includes the lumen output and life time. We
had not been able to get the warranty signed off and the color tolerance is
much too wide to be expectable in the market place.

 

We have alternative products for all of the applications such as the marquee
bulb we demonstrated at LFI which is higher lumens then the liquid and has a
better back light. We are also working quickly to bring on a group of CCFL
lamps for dimming applications. CCFL will also have a candle base/shape
which we could not achieve with Liquid. More information on CCFL in the next
few weeks.

 

Any inquiries to Liquid should be handled by sharing the short comings of
the product and by offering the best alternative. Of course if you have any
