Please join me in welcoming Mr. James Steely to our product team! 

James can be reached at ext. 119 or by email at jsteedly at maxlite.com

 

James is our LED Product Design Manager and comes from a strong background
in LED design. James will depart to Asia this coming weekend for the
following agenda;

 

.         Oversee the final stages of our new LED Cobra Head products. 

.         Start the process of incorporating controls into the above new
product family.

.         Work with the factory staff for the final goal of changing the
Flat Panel to be more user friendly (plug and play or as close that as we
can) with off the shelf controls such as day light harvesting, motion and
photo control. At this time the goal is to make the FP compatible with
Lutron Graphic Eye systems which have all these control devices.

.         Come up to speed on the 1x1 LED surface mount as well as the
Linear T8 and driver sets and the Dimming PAR.

.         The initial talks of design on the "Shoe Box" fixture(s) with
James.

.         James & Ming will also visit a source as a possible replacement
for our current PAR & MR LED products. No change will be made until we are
sure of the same performance that we currently enjoy.
