[MaxLite] Hostway -> New email/web service company

Dear All,

 

Since they outsourced their main support center to Romania last year, there
is significant downgrade in the quality of service Hostway offers. Aside
from today's email issue, couple of failures in their service has been
suffering us a lot recently. 

 

Marketing department and I have been discussing the issue many times and
tentatively agreed to move company's email/web service to other service
provider. Market research is in progress and a few reliable service
companies are arising on the surface.

 

It is not clear at the moment when and where to move to new service provider
but I think I am obliged to inform you what has been planned on the service
you are using in advance. I will share with you what is going on as it goes.

 

For the mean time, if there is anyone who thinks that we should stick to
current service provider or has a recommendation for new email/web service,
please feel free to let us hear. Thank you.
