These two fixtures have been entered into Real World and have gotten Energy

Dear All,

There is a new development in the market as to the tendency that the
customers are starting to avoid 30W fixtures. I heard from two largest
customers of these fixtures in the last two weeks time. The reason was that
they cannot find the replacement bulbs sold in the market.

So we need to switch from 30W to 36W (2GU) on the pending orders if you have
not made them already. For the forecast please switch as well for the
corresponding items as follows:

ML2C301ALW to be replaced by ML2G362ALW

ML2C301ALNI to be replaced by ML2G362ALNI

We will have two versions of this item to be sold to the customers as below:

All Cosumer customers we will sell WS version

All C&I customers we will sell single pack version without WS

We will not have BP version for these two items due to the fact that
alabaster glass cannot be easily matched with the pan.

Dennis, what is the price difference between WS and non WS individual box
pack? $9.23 for WS is higher than 30W version. Can we come down on pricing
to be close to TR version of 36W, which is $8.20 individual box pack?

Greg, can you please inform Sales about the change and retiring of 30W
version going forward.

Yon

Steve,

Can you provide Dennis with some forecast as possible future purchase items
even if they are not yet to be purchased? We should not get caught with
lack of inventory on al fixture orders.

Dennis,

We need to move more quickly on the new product offering. New desk lamp has
taken too long to launch! We have had customers waiting for this for a few
months already.

Thanks Yon!

By the way, as the CNY holiday could be much longer for some of our
component suppliers, we may have to stock more materials before the holiday
to avoid after the holiday that we may not be able to operate as normal.

It could be helpful to have some data or information of the forecasting then
we can do some preparations.

Best Regards,

Dennis

Dear Yon,

For this potential PO, we have very little chance to ship them out before
the new year which will be within 4 weeks then we will have about 2 weeks
holiday.

The best we can do for the shipment will be about Feb. 25.

Best Regards,

Dennis

Dennis,

There is a chance that we may need this item for about 8,000 to 10,000 in a
hurry. Is it something that you can do quickly? If so how soon can you
ship?
