Dear All,

 

98.109.51.170 is the IP address you are going to use to access RW via Remote
Desktop Connection (Terminal Services) 64.205.31.114 is now obsolete and not
going to work any longer.

 

Please download and install SM100 client setup program to update changed
network environment:

http://www.maxlite.com/download/SM100ClientSetup.exe

This will do minimal patch work for your new network access path.

 

For customers/REPs, "support.maxlite.com" is working normally as well.
