[MaxLite] China operations announcement

MaxLite is pleased to announce the appointment of Ming Wang to the position
of New Product and Sources Manager reporting to Greg Murphy.  In his new
role Ming will concentrate his efforts in four strategic areas involving;

.         New Product Development - Working with Product Management and
Sales to develop new products as market trends require.

.         New Vendor Development - Investigate and develop additional
sources for existing and new products

.         Market (factory) Trends in China - Conduct market analysis of our
competition's china factories to explore ways to expand or change our
products based on this data

.         Monthly Product Line Analysis - Review and analyze current product
line offering and make recommendations.

 

MaxLite is also pleased to announce the appointment of Howard Xia to the
position of Logistics and Sourcing Manager reporting to Steve Chen. In his
role with MaxLite, Howard will be responsible for maintaining/improving our
price position with our current vendors. In addition, Howard will also work
on new initiatives with our vendors in logistics as they relate to improving
