All participants please come to the conference room on time.

 

During the period, please minimize unnecessary network usage

 

Once again,

Things that help if you can do,

-          No audio/video cast

-          Avoid upload/download files (including artworks)

-          Turn off unnecessary automatic update (including Mac OS)

-          Avoid scanning documents if possible

-          Avoid sending emails with big attachment.
