[MaxLite] Update Travel expense and Mileage

To all associates;


Effective May 3, 2010  the company mileage reimbursement allowance will be
increased to  $0.45 per mile . We will continue to monitor the prices of
fuel throughout the year and will make adjustments to the mileage
reimbursement based on sustained levels as we had done previously.

As a reminder to our sales personal, any mileage expenses for sales calls in
excess of $300  still must be pre-approved by Yon. It is still recommended
in lieu of your personal vehicle that a rental car be used on any prolonged
road trips.
