Please join me in welcoming Sharon Katz to MaxLite as our Marketing Manager
reporting to Thomas Rhee. In her roll with MaxLite, Sharon will be
responsible for overseeing all marketing activities including advertising,
PR, promotion and marketing support materials. She will also establish and
implement brand strategy and initiatives based on the corporate direction,
focused customer base, market condition and competitive data. She will
supervise the marketing team that consists of Tim Wyatt, Anthony Fusaro,
Blake Adams and Ying Su in our China office. Sharon may be reached at

We wish to take this opportunity to recognize and thank Greg Murphy for his
valuable contributions over the years in overseeing marketing activities in
addition to his product management duties.  With the addition of Sharon to
the marketing team,  Greg's focus will now be directed to product management
and its key initiatives for future expansion and growth.
