[MaxLite] November Associate of The Month

As we have mentioned previously MaxLite Management Team will be submitting
candidates and selecting one as the "Associate of  the Month"  for
outstanding performance exhibited during their everyday work. Below is the
summary of the criteria that each associate is measured to.  The individual
who meets or exceeds these criteria is eligible to be nominated by their
manger. Each manager is to summarize the activities the associate was
engaged in to merit the nomination. 

 

.                    Has a positive attitude toward work responsibilities,
co-workers, and customers, and serves as a role model for others 

.                    Is productive, exhibits commitment to quality in
carrying out job responsibilities, and is an asset to the staff of his/her
department 

.                    Is willing to take initiative, and accepts and carries
out additional responsibilities beyond regular job assignments. 

.                    Is consistently dependable and punctual in reporting
for work, completing assignments on time, and actively participating in
additional responsibilities.

.                    Exemplifies the mission of the company 

.                    Must not have any active disciplinary action pending

As Employee of the Month  Carmen receives a $100.00 prize and the right to
park in the Reserved Employee of The Month space for the month of November.
