[MaxLite] Construction wrap-up and final to do list

To all:


As we wrap-up the last bit of construction we  need to develop a final
to-do-list for the finishing touches needed in the building. 

 

What this is should consist of is all the little (or big) repairs, touch -up
painting, installing, cleaning and tightening of handles or knobs   that
need to be done and/or finished by our contractors.

 

Therefore what I am asking everyone to is as you walk through the building
and in your area please make notes of anything you see that has to be fixed
or finished. If in doubt put it on the list. Please send all your
discoveries to me  by Tuesday afternoon so I can filter out any duplication.

 

Please be a little specific as to the location so it will be easy for use to
find it without bother you.

Here are some examples of what we already know to give you an idea of what
we need

 

 

1.       Greg Murphy's office patch and paint holes  wall by window

2.       Eugene's lab door to  warehouse doorknob loose

3.       Pat reception area touch up paint on wall

4.       Yon's, off touch up paint on wall

5.       Fix ceiling tile outside Thomas Rhee's office

6.       Fix single wall switch in showroom (for LED ceiling light) and
level double switch wall plate

7.       Finish break room and bathrooms

8.       Install glass panels  in Todd's and Marketing's wall

9.       Fix all recessed and track lighting on second floor 

10.   Yon, Todd and Thomas office cover plates for floor connections
