[MaxLite] MaxLite Marketplace how-to

Dear All,

 

MaxLite Marketplace has been launched in SM100. MaxLite Marketplace is a new
tool which enables us to communicate/cooperate on tasks at one place. 

I will schedule a training web meeting for Marketplace soon. For the
meantime, please refer brief manual on Marketplace how-to from below and
visit Marketplace through SM100.

MaxLite Marketplace how-to

 

1)      Post your message (SM100: Market Place -> Post Message)

On this module you can compose new posting and make change on your posting.



-          Subject: title of article/post

-          Type: type of article (Inventory, IT, Logistics, Marketing,
Product, Quality)

-          Posting period: do not use it for now

-          Priority: importance of message

-          Contents: you can directly type in content in the control on the
form or "copy and paste" a message you create using other application such
as Word or Outlook. One recommendation is not to use excessive amount of
images in the content, which will increase the total size of the file to
transfer to/from server.

-          Attachments: file(s) you want to share as type of attachment

-          Notification to: select group of person will get the notification
through their email that a new article as the article has been posted.

-          Click "Save Post" will save the post and send notification.

2)      Message list (SM100: Market Place -> Message List)

List posted article with or without query options



-          Type: type of article (Inventory, IT, Logistics, Marketing,
Product, Quality)

-          Posted At: not using currently

-          Priority: importance of message

-          Posted by: specify a person who posted articles

-          Title search: search article containing provided text in its
title

-          "Change" button: this button enabled when you select article you
posted

-          "Compose" button: compose a new article

-          "Reply" button: select and post a re-article. Your re-article
will show right over the article you replied.

-          "View" button: select and click "view" button or double click a
line of article to view the content of article.

 

3)      View post (SM100: Market Place -> Message List -> click view or
double click a posted article)

Display content of posted article and its attachments if exist. Also
displays article comments.



-          "Attachment: Open" button: open attachment file

-          "Attachment: Save" button: save attachment file

-          "Comments: Add" link: add a comment

-          "Comments: Modify" link: change or delete the comment you posted

4)      View post (SM100: Market Place -> Message List -> click view or
double click a posted article)

In the comment window you can add/change your comment and browse comments of
others
