[MaxLite] Annual performance review

To all associates 

As we come to the end of the year it is also time for our annual performance
review.

Attached is the form that needs to be completed and submitted to you
department manager by 12/16/11.

 

For new associates, since this the first time  you will  be filling out this
form, list those assignments and projects that were assigned to you by you
manager since you have been with MaxLite. Once you submit your form, your
manager will go over it with you  and assign you new set of objects for
2012. If you have any question or concerns about filling out the form please
discuss  with your manager or me.

 

 

To Regional RVPs please conduct  your reviews when you are in for the sale
meeting. Please provide your evaluation for your terror CSR  to me as well.

 

 

To  all department managers:

Please  go over the associates review and schedule  one on one session to
reviews with your direct reports and submit completed forms with next year's
objectives during the week of 12/19 - 12/23. After you are finished, place
your departments reviews in a one sealed envelope and list the name of the
associate who review s are inside on the outside.

 

Please have all forms completed, signed and  submitted  to me  by 12/23/11.
