Verizon's experiencing major outage in the region. For the mean time, our
phone system is running on Comcast back up lines. We have total of seven
back up lines, please restrain from multi party conference call until we get
our main line back to normal. Thank you for your cooperation/patience.

Joon,

 

I just heard back that your outage is part of a much bigger outage at
Verizon.  The problem is affecting multiple T-1 circuits in the area.  They
said they have had a major outage crew working on the problem for several
hours but do not have a solid time of repair.  They will be updating us as
often as possible.
