[MaxLite] Inclement weather / emergency communications

To all associates

 

With the pending snow storm for the Northeast tomorrow we are  implementing
the following communication network. The purpose is  it ensure that all
associate understand the operational status of the corporate office tomorrow
and any other subsequent weather/emergency  in the future.

 

To ensure that everyone's is notified, please double check that your
telephone number is correct on the MaxLite employee list.

 

.                   Senior staff communicates and determine operational
status of office by @ 7:00 AM or before  on the day of the event

.                   GM (Todd) to communicate to key contacts via telephone
or voice mail 

Key Contact - Arnold, Zenny, Nadia, Jong, Sharon, Joon

.                   Key contact will communicate operational status to his
or her contact list via telephone or voice mail.

.                   Associate will report as instructed
