[MaxLite] Market Place in SM100

Market Place was created to promote our internal communication among staff
so that everyone knows what is going on with various issues that affect our
productivity and efficiency.  As you can see from the list we are not using
it actively.  I urge all staff to use it on a regular basis as an integral
part of internal communication among staff members as it will be out there
on the bulletin for some time with the trail of correspondence unlike
e-mails which need to be managed on a daily basis.  Any of you who do not
know how to initiate a message or respond to it can ask Damian at IT dept.
to give you a quick training.
