[MaxLite] Conditional release of flat panel for NJ inventory only

To all  we are continue to investigate the problem with  0-10v dimming with
the flat panel in NJ warehouse  however, .  I have been notified that the
products will function normally if the hand held remote  is being used to
control the flat panel dimming. Therefore  CSRs please run you respective
back order reports for your territory and work with your inside sale or RVP
to confirm if the panels are to be used with hand held remote. Please have
these order released as quickly as possible so we have a firm count of how
many panels will be need to fly from the factory  to meet any outstanding
orders for 0-10 dimming.
