Charlie,

We do not have a choice but to enter something into the Email field, we are
unable to move forward without putting something that is why it is entered
with N/A etc.

Thanks,

Dear All,

Please take Charlie's concern into your consideration when you maintain data
in both RW and SM100. It is vital for us to keep the valid information in
our system. Thank you for your cooperation.

Subject: Various Data Field SM100 issues

Joon,

As per our conversation earlier, in the future, it would be useful if we
refrained from entering information into RW/SM100 when we don't have any
information. We also need to ensure that codes and other fields are correct
as much as possible.

To give an example of the problem, in the email addresses fields, we have
many fields that are filled with "N/A," "NA," "XX," and other data entries.
We also have many email address fields where cell phone numbers are included
instead of email addresses. Going forward, we need to ensure that if there
is no email address available, the data field remains empty.

Another issue we need to avoid, is improper entry of REP/classification
codes. For instance, we have several data entries that are improperly
entered as "DIST," instead of "DIS" followed by the proper number for the
respective distributor type. It would be useful, perhaps, to have set
options for distributor/rep classification codes (as in a drop down menu
where one could choose the proper code) instead of allowing people to type
in codes. I know this may not be possible with real world, however, I think
it would really clean up our database potentially if we could implement it.

Thanks so much.

Cheers,

Charlie
