[MaxLite] Organizational announcement

Please join me in welcoming Patrick Treadway to MaxLite as our Product
Marketing Manager starting April 1st  reporting to Thomas Rhee Sr. Vice
President. 

In his new role with MaxLite, Patrick will be in charge of all product
marketing related responsibilities for both LED and CFL product (lamps,
fixtures, strategies, specs, promotion plan and sales tools.)

 

Patrick office will be  in our Rancho Cucamonga, CA location however, he
will be at out NJ office from April 13 - May 15.

In support of our corporate initiatives the following  changes will also be
effective  April  1st  ;

 

James Steedly will assume the position of  Manager of Product R&D and
Engineering in charge of product development.

In his position, James will  continue to report to Thomas Rhee and will be
focusing on key initiatives related  to new product innovation development

 

Greg Murphy  will assume the position of  VP in charge of Joint Venture Task
Force (JVTF) reporting to Yon Sung, CEO. 

In his new position, Greg will be responsible for activities related to the
JV initiatives.

 

We wish to  recognize and thank both Greg and James for their hard work and
dedication they have shown in their previous roles and wish them well in
their new positions.

During next couple of months there will be a transition period between
Patrick and Greg/James therefore, we ask that all communication normally
addressed to Greg and/or James include Patrick as well. The key to a quick
and smooth transition will be communication and sometime over
-communication.
