Amy has been MaxLite's factory QC inspector and responsible for product
qualification testing for three years. Her contribution to our organization
has enable MaxLite to maintain one of the industry's lowest failure rates to
date.

During the most recent industry and Energy Star pressures, Amy has been
successful in balancing the needs of Product Management, Purchasing and QC
to meet competitive, market and regulatory needs for MaxLite.
